Hot Tub Cover Grade / Thickness

There are 4 grades of cover: use the pull down list by the prices above to choose the grade suitable for you.

The Premium and Premium Plus covers are 4" (100mm) in the middle and 2" (50mm) at the outer edges.
The Deluxe hot tub cover cover is 5" (125mm) in the middle and 3" (75mm) at the outer edges.
The Ultimate hot tub cover is 6" (150mm) in the middle and 4" (100mm) at the outer edges.

Do not buy a cheap hot tub lid that is flat: rain will puddle in the middle, the cover will sag making a deeper puddle and so on until the cover is useless!

Different foam density gives different heat retention, the higher the R value the more heat is saved.
